Terms of Service

These Terms will apply to any Order we accept from you via the App or on web. We may change the Terms from time to time and it is the current version which will apply to each Order when you place it. We will notify you of changes to the Terms by message or email. Please read these Terms carefully and make sure that you understand them before placing an Order. Placing an order
  • Any Orders of minimum value should be 2,000 Ks.
  • Free pickup/delivery service is available within the selected townships. Pick-up/Delivery will take place within an hour.

Pick-up : Pick-up/Delivery staff will come collect your laundry when you book for laundry service. He will count the laundries by differentiating the laundry types and will make Pick-up Invoice that includes customer name, laundry types and each counts, pick-up date, total laundry counts.

Delivery : Pick-up/Delivery staff will come deliver your laundry when the laundry service is finished and it will take about 48 hours starting from the pick-up time in case of regular situation.

  • You are responsible to check and sign that you receive your laundry correctly when our staff come and deliver your laundry.
  • If you have failed to accept or arrange redelivery of your laundry for more than 30 days after the redelivery date specified in the Order we may dispose of the Item or donate it to an accredited charity of dhobi.co’s choice.

Service standards

Dhobi.co will provide the Services with reasonable care and skill in accordance with good industry standards. We are not responsible for clothing bleeding, shrinking, or otherwise changing as a result of normal washing procedures. We reserve the right to refuse to clean any garment. We do not guarantee the removal of all stains. We are not responsible for loss of or damage to any personal or non-cleanable items left in the clothing or laundry bags such as money, jewelry, or any other item.

Cancelling or rescheduling your Order

You may cancel or reschedule your Order with no additional charge at any time up to one hours before the collection time.

Loss or damage

Any item is lost or damaged by dhobi.co, we will only issue the customer a refund that is equal to the 10 times price of service charge of that item.

Reward Points

One paid order 100 Ks will be rewarded with three point. Reward Points can convert to Dhobi Points to make payment for laundry service. Rewards points cannot be exchanged in cash and it is subject to change without prior notice.

Dhobi Points

Dhobi Points is the prepaid system for laundry service in dhobi.co platform. 1 Dhobi Point is equal to 1 Kyat.
